This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to satisfy the insurance requirements of your lease. The resident liability program is not renters insurance and does not cover personal property contents or liability coverage to third parties (other residents). Residents have the option to opt-out of the program by supplying their valid third-party renter's insurance policy to MillCreek.ConfirmInsurance.com.
At Modera Beaverton there are one-time fees that include a $15 application fee, $300 security deposit upon approval. There are also monthly fees $13.75/month for trash and utilities will be billed separately.
