|Recommended: YesLove it — The staff is what makes me want to stay here very caring and helpful . . Most apartments always struggle with maintenance request but here you won’t have to worry about that here and their fast with even the smallest question or repair you might need . Maintenance is amazing definitely PJ the manager in maintenance very detailed with general care for your home you have questions about I’m always asking a lot lol But overall everyone’s great no complaints and I been here 6 months now. The overall area that surrounding apartment amazing for walks and general areas within the apartment are the most peaceful places the patio and other shared spaces are great rooms for me . I didn’t get a a balcony but I love to read on the roof top everyone’s respectful to shared spaces . Only con I can think of would be that you can hear very well if someone just walking by your door talking not a big mdeal to me but the only con I can think someone will have still great though It check 90 of my boxes most important safe and no shady neighbors so far lol Run don’t walk you’ll love it here also . This was not a paid ad also very honest review

|Recommended: YesThank you Eric — Eric in Maintenance has helped me several times, he is always friendly, competent and timely. Last week he went above and beyond. I had an incident and needed help. Eric was very helpful, smart and calm. I appreciate his ability to solve my problem and get me back on the right track. He definitly left me better than he found me.
